1shows is an international Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and across the globe. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 1shows and its users.

By creating an account or using any service on our platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. 1shows may update its Terms & Conditions at any time, and members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification.

• In the event of any conflict between this version and the original English version, the English version shall prevail
• 1shows reserves the right to suspend service to any user at any time
• Minors or legally ineligible individuals are prohibited from opening an account
• By using the platform, you confirm that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction

To register with 1shows, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or incomplete details is a direct violation of these terms and conditions and may result in account termination.

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed and any winnings held in them will be forfeited.

• The name, date of birth, and address provided at registration must be accurate and reflect your real personal information
• Mobile number and email verification are mandatory
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility
• Opening an account in someone else's name or on their behalf is prohibited
• KYC must be completed within 30 days of registration

1shows strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account or place bets on our platform. This is a core part of our responsible betting policy.

If a minor creates an account, or if someone manages an account on behalf of a minor, that account will be immediately terminated and all associated transactions will be considered void.

• Date of birth is verified at the time of registration
• A national ID may be requested in cases of suspected fraud
• Funds deposited into a minor's account will not be refunded
• Withdrawals will be put on hold if age verification fails

1shows supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. You can deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking, or direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, and the maximum limit depends on your account's KYC level.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting. No interest or profit is paid on funds held in your account. 1shows will never share your payment information with third parties.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• If there is a delay due to a payment gateway issue, please contact support
• Deposits from third-party bank cards or accounts are not accepted
• Suspicious payment transactions may be held while an investigation is pending
• There are no extra charges on deposits, though your bank's fees may apply

To withdraw winnings from 1shows, your account must have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 to 24 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is our standard security protocol to prevent money laundering.

• The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account level
• Withdrawals will be held pending investigation if fraud is suspected
• Providing incorrect payment details will result in the transaction being cancelled
• Withdrawals are processed fastest on verified accounts

Once a bet is placed on 1shows, it is considered final. In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed, 1shows reserves the right to void the bet. The full stake will be refunded for any voided bet.

For live betting, if a bet is not confirmed due to an internet connectivity issue, that bet is considered void. 1shows is not responsible for any member's internet problems.

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet is void and the stake is refunded
• Results are settled within 72 hours of the official score announcement
• 1shows may void a bet if there is an obvious error in the odds
• Conflicting bets on the same match ("arbitrage") are strictly prohibited
• System bet and combo bet terms are separate and are stated on the bet slip

1shows regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and each member is entitled to it once. Attempting to claim bonuses through abuse or multiple accounts is a serious violation of our Terms & Conditions.

• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for betting
• The wagering requirement window is generally 30 days
• Bonus usage may be restricted on certain sports or matches
• Free bets are typically valid for 7 days
• 1shows reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time

1shows is committed to maintaining a fair and secure betting environment. Any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct is strictly prohibited and will be met with firm action.

• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
• Placing bets automatically using software or bots
• Using stolen identity or payment information
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to 1shows's systems
• Using an account for money laundering purposes

1shows reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or security risks.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. A temporary account lock is also available through self-exclusion or responsible betting tools.

• Any pending bets will be settled before the account is closed
• Valid balance will be returned after closure (terms apply)
• If an account is closed due to fraud, the balance may not be refunded
• An account cannot be reactivated before the self-exclusion period has ended

1shows provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 1shows is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, or failures of third-party services.

Betting is a risky activity. 1shows makes no guarantee that you will win. Participation is entirely your own decision, and you bear full responsibility for any risk involved.

• 1shows is not responsible for missed bets caused by internet connectivity issues
• 1shows is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways
• The user is solely responsible for any bets placed in error
• If your account is hacked due to your own negligence, 1shows is not liable

For any dispute or complaint, first send the details to support@1shows.click. Our support team will respond within 48 hours and work to resolve the issue.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate your complaint to our regulatory body. 1shows is committed to fair and transparent resolutions in all cases.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident
• Please provide your account ID and transaction details when submitting a complaint
• 1shows's final decision shall be considered binding and conclusive
• Mandatory mediation is required before taking any dispute to court

1shows reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified in advance via their registered email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect
• Critical security changes may take effect immediately
• Previous versions of the Terms & Conditions are kept in the archive
